When a restaurant joins, we collect the account holder's name, email address and business details needed for the listing. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and are never kept in readable form.

The short version.
Pristine Potty exists to help diners find restaurants with great restrooms and to help restaurants earn that reputation. We collect the minimum information needed to run the directory, owner accounts and guest feedback — and we never sell your personal information.
Information we collect.
Guest feedback
Ratings and written comments you submit about a restaurant's restroom, along with the date of your visit. Feedback is shown publicly as part of a restaurant's score; avoid including personal information in comments.
Photos
Restroom photos uploaded by restaurant owners, published only after the owner confirms permission and our team approves the image. Photos are stored securely and shown in the restaurant's public profile.
Technical information
We use a secure, encrypted sign-in cookie to keep owner accounts logged in, and we log basic request information (such as IP address) to protect the service against abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it.
Your information powers the directory listing, guest scores, owner dashboard and in-app notifications. We use it to operate and improve the service, prevent misuse, and comply with the law. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
How we share it.
Public directory content — restaurant names, scores, approved photos and guest comments — is visible to everyone by design. We share operational data only with the infrastructure providers that run this service (hosting, database and file storage), and only as needed to keep it running. We will disclose information if required by law.
Your choices.
Owners can update their restaurant profile and account details through the owner portal at any time. If you want your account or content removed, or you have questions about this policy, contact Pristine Potty Global Inc. through the support link on our App Store listing.
Children.
Pristine Potty is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and note the change here.
